This painting depicts a charming landscape within the mountains at Anhui Province in China. The subjects illustrated in this composition are akin to those which are commonly seen in traditional Chinese ink paintings. They include mountains, lakes, villages and forests which Fu Qiang nicely brings together with various tones of green. The artist’s masterful techniques and experience forges a peaceful and serene ambience in this beautiful painting.

Fu Qiang is a professor at the Anhui University School of Arts and member of the China Oil Painting Society. His oil painting 《春⻛又绿》was once selected to be exhibited at the 8th National Exhibitions of Fine Arts in China and was awarded the second prize at the Anhui Province Oil Painting Competition.
