This painting of boats waiting to set sail at the Changi Point Ferry Terminal by Marvin is a significant and meaningful artwork as it points to the times where outdoor activity was sparse during the extraordinary times in 2020. Despite challenging situation which many people faced, Marvin wanted to forge a sense of positivity through the illustration of clear skies and calming waters. The boats at harbour would soon set sail once more, indicating new and optimistic beginnings.
