Viewers of this painting by Zhu Hong are welcome to feel the the warmth of the sun, the free movement of the clouds and the element of speed. All of the aspects mentioned were forged due to his decision to complete this artwork in a short period of time without hesitation. Zhu Hong believes in the beauty as paint brush comes in contact with canvas in the first instance, therefore he rarely makes alterations and prefers to constantly develop the painting. In 2019, an exhibition titled “Emerging with colours” was held at Cape of Good Hope Art Gallery, featuring 40 of Zhu Hong’s oil paintings.

In 2006, Zhu Hong held his first solo exhibition in Singapore titled “Passion under the Sun”
